Calm down Terry. Take a deep breath and breath in breath out...breath in.....and out. Relax, close your eyes and imagine the kind of Illinois you want to live in...see it in your mind and focus on it. Do this every day for 10 minutes. This is called creating an intention and it can actually change your reality. For real!
