Another wrinkle in that tin foil hat...

Just prior to the Sandy Hook massacre, there was another Sandy 'hook' making the news.  Weathermen/ladies commented how odd it was that Hurricane Sandy didn't follow the normal path of hurricanes that go up the East coast and then out to sea.  Instead, Hurricane 'Sandy' made a 'Hook' and went inland.

Coincidence?
