Health care jobs are wonderful and we need many more thousands of them.  But, they are dependent on the economy because they are service jobs.  Those jobs do NOT grow the economy directly.  Unless the economy grows thru mfg., tech., exports, etc., those jobs die.  It's just like McDonald's, If you don't have a job, you can't buy a McDouble for a $1.

There is a shortage of healthcare workers........there always has been and always will be and they make more than minimum wage..................... Wink  It has nothing to do with the economy but everything to do with the fact that there will always be those who need care takers..  unless of course you believe in Dealth Panels.. Grin
