On the court tv show "Speeders Fight Back" they showed camera enforcement court in Illinois. This camera showed the vehicles rear plate only. No picture of the driver. He was in Mexico but he still had to pay the ticket. Now this was a stop sign violation.

The accused showed the judge his passport & proved he was in Mexico. Didn't matter at all. It is the vehicles registered owner who pays. One of his employees commited the violation. My concern is if I loan out my car to one of the kids or a friend or whomever that I'd get the tkt.for any camera violations.

I think Buzz.has some good points but I feel the 1984 senereo is closer than we think.  It will be a little here & a little there. You wake up one morning & Big Brother has taken over. I watched a "CEO" interviewed about "Sam Walton" He was aked how he let his company let Wal Mart steam roller them. His answer seemed so silly. His reply was,"We just didn't see him coming"
