If I had never been to Danville before and attended either of these meetings, I would've been shocked at the low turnout.  Since I've been to several meetings like these over the years, I wasn't surprised at all.  It's so much easier to sit back and **** and moan about the current state of affairs than to actually turn off the TV, attend a civic meeting, and network.

Deadville...home of the most apathetic people in the state.  Sad...
