I don't know if anyone here is Irish....I'm not but I'm making Corned Beef and Cabbage anyway.  Grin

I'm not Irish but corned beef and cabbage on St. Patrick's  Day is tradition.  I am also doing shamrock sugar cookies to share with the neighbors.

I'm 100% Irish and I hate the stuff.  Mom made too much of it when I was a kid.  But, HAPPY ST. PADDY'S DAY TO ALL.
