I don't know if anyone here is Irish....I'm not but I'm making Corned Beef and Cabbage anyway. Hope everyone is enjoying the day and the sunshine!

I'm not Irish but corned beef and cabbage on St. Patrick's Day is tradition. I am also doing shamrock sugar cookies to share with the neighbors.
