What im going to say is that I have a hard time seeing the state waste so much money when our schools are not getting paid. I thought the lottery was set up for paying the schools. We need to stop all spending such as new carpeting, trees, construction north of 80, and build bridges that are cheaper materials. If you go to chicago, they are building bridges like they are pieces of art. I dont care how pretty it is if it does the job. We are all cutting back and now it is time to tell the state too. The schools have to be paid!
